The mission of MSM is to provide critical integration and empowerment services that will lead to a path of self sufficiency for culturally, linguistically, and economic disenfranchised member of our society, including low-income individuals, limited English proficient persons, immigrants, refugees, and persons with diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds.
